We operate under a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as when received โ unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Certain items, such as final sale products, opened hygiene items, or personalized products, cannot be returned.
Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@simonelegance.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and rectify it at no cost to you through a replacement or a full refund.
Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error has been made on our part.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, indicating whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
