You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your smartwatch. To return an item, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The smartwatch must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure we receive the returned product.
